I worked closely with the Project Manager to ensure the photos I took were from the same exact locations during the before and after photoshoots. I carefully split the elements in Photoshop, put together the slides in Power Point, and put it to music in Sony Vegas Movie Studio.
For the London Health Sciences Centre's important renovations to the Emergency Departments at their two main campus hospitals, I suggested doing a special "before & after" slideshow, where images of the spaces before the renovations are transformed into the new spaces by laying in elements such as floors, walls, and ceilings. While at the Facilities Management department at London Health Sciences Centre, I was responsible for developing the graphical content for the touchscreen wayfinding features, including maps, buttons, and backgrounds, working primarily with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Special care to be taken with planning and exporting the map graphics so that future edits to the maps did not interfere with the wayfinding data points. I also took and edited the photographs for the homepage backgrounds, specifically for each kiosk in a different area of the hospital. I was responsible for writing, photography, and management of the department's intranet site at London Health Science Centre. A working group discussion arrived at a consensus of the site architecture, which I then refined and developed streamlined content for each of the pages, including some photography.
I wrote the content, took many of the photos, and designed the document for an internal 16-page report for the Facilities Management department at London Health Sciences Centre. Content included:

During my time with ONPHA, I was responsible for delegate photography at the Association's Annual Conference, as well as event photography at housing provider sites, and building photography when needed. The photos were used for future marketing of the events as well as education courses and general stock photos for the Quick Connections newsletter, Annual Report, and website. At the annual conferences, photos taken were quickly edited and compiled together with sponsor and marketing slides for a looping slideshow during the banquet dinner. Delegates were always delighted at seeing their faces on the large screens mere hours after the photos were taken. I worked with the signage company to design the trade show booth for the ONPHA annual conference. The design had to satisfy several criteria, including reflecting the association's member-driven service and the educational resources we provided. Most of the photos used were shot by myself at various ONPHA and member events.
Use of Photoshop and InDesign to create quarter-size files to the manufacturer specifications. I provided digital photography, video and audio recording of a independent singer-songwriter showcase. I made use of “on-board” and room sound recording for the highest quality audio. All of the final videos are available here: bit.ly/O6uMVF I worked closely with a solo singer-songwriter to produce, record, and perform on her independent CD release. I also provided photography, video and layout services. The CD included a music video that I shot, directed, and edited. I provided digital photography services for student theatre plays, often in difficult lighting conditions. Service for selling agents included ultra-wide, high-resolution digital photos and a full-screen slideshow at a dedicated webpage. I also provided flyers, writing and layout, for distribution to potential buyers. |
